Rug Rental FAQs

Rentals are available for one day, weekends, one week, and extended periods. Longer rentals for staging, productions, model homes or other projects are available by quote.

Rental pricing depends on the rug's size, construction, material, value and rental period. Handmade, antique, silk and other specialty rugs may have higher rental rates than machine-made pieces.

Yes. At this time, rental rugs are selected in person from our Placentia collection so you can see the color, texture, size and condition of each rug before reserving it. Our online gallery is intended as a preview of the styles we carry.

Yes. Pickup is available from our Placentia location, and delivery and return pickup are available throughout Orange County and Los Angeles for an additional fee. Placement and installation may also be available upon request.

A refundable security deposit or credit card authorization may be required depending on the rug and rental. Any applicable deposit will be confirmed before the reservation is finalized.

Normal light wear is expected. Additional cleaning, repair or restoration costs resulting from stains, spills, pet damage, burns, tears or other damage may be charged to the renter. If a rug is permanently damaged, lost or stolen, charges may apply up to its replacement value.

Yes. Many of our rental rugs are also available for purchase. If you decide to keep your rug, 50% of the base rental fee may be applied toward the purchase price when purchased within 7 days of the rental return. Delivery, cleaning, labor and damage charges are not applied toward the purchase.

We recommend reserving your rug at least 1–2 weeks in advance whenever possible. For weddings, large events, productions or rentals requiring multiple rugs, 2–4 weeks or more is recommended. Last-minute rentals may also be available depending on inventory.
